Bio
Mr. Scutari (Mr. S.) was born and raised in New Jersey. He holds his Bachelor's Degree in elementary/middle school education with a concentration in earth science (geoscience) and a Master's Degree in curriculum and instruction. As a student himself, he was always curious about the natural world and wanted to find answers to his questions. Mr. Scutari is committed to giving students the tools to help them develop and answer their own questions, as well as help students become advocates for change. Throughout his time at New LA, Mr. Scutari has developed inquiry-based, hands-on programs that allow students to think critically and realistically about different math and science topics. He believes learning should be interactive, collaborative, and without a doubt, FUN!!
