If the number of students applying for admission exceeds openings available, enrollment is determined by a public random drawing. All students who have applied by the deadline will be included in the lottery. The lottery is open to the public, and will take place at 1919 S. Burnside Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90016. Enrollment preference is extended to siblings of enrolled New LA students, children of board members, founders, teachers, and staff.
